Reid Furniture was founded in 1970. Initially the company only dealt with trade and didn't retail any of its own products. It was soon realised that the business could be run more profitably and efficiently if it cut out the middle man and retailed directly with the customer, giving customers exactly what they want, at a competitive price.
Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength. Reid is now one of Scotland's largest retailer of upholstery and dining furniture.
